- Virtual Therapy (Telehealth): Can't make it to the office? We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant online counseling for teens, adults, and couples. Available to residents across the entire state of New Jersey and New York
- Phone Sessions: For those who suffer from "Zoom fatigue" or need ultimate flexibility during a busy workday, we provide traditional phone counseling.
All of our psychotherapy and counseling sessions are 45 minutes long, ensuring you have ample, focused time to do the deep work with your therapist.
Investment & Out-of-Network Benefits
To maintain our highly privatized, concierge level of care, LEAF by Dr. Dana Spada Psychotherapy is an Out-of-Network (OON) provider and does not accept insurance directly.
However, many of our clients are eligible for significant reimbursement if their insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits. We are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation (Superbills) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
